Paris Saint-Germain superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic has admitted that he may not be at the Parc des Princes next season.
The Sweden striker has confirmed that his agent—Mino Raiola—will decide where he plays next season, amidst transfer rumours linking him with a move to Manchester United.
“Will I stay in in Paris?” the forward began, speaking to Sky Italia, as reported by the Daily Mail.
“My future is in the hands of Mino Raiola.
The Corriere dello Sport, again via the English tabloid, have reported that United face serious competition from AC Milan for the player’s signature.
The fallen giants of Italian football have offered their former hitman a three-year contract worth £15.9 million over three campaigns, as they look to bring him back to Lombardy.
Zlatan originally moved to Milan in 2010, spending one season on loan with the club before completing a permanent move in 2011.
A year later he was off, ending a magnificent season—in which he scored 28 league goals—with a switch to PSG.
The forward has enjoyed great success in the French capital—winning three Ligue 1 titles and one French Cup—but now 33, the club appear to be planning for a future without their talismanic hitman.
The striker’s contract comes to an end in 2016, and while he may yet remain at the club and see out his deal, it is looking increasingly likely that he could be tempted away this summer.
