Cech has now brought an end to his 11-year stay with the Blues after winning every single major honour available to him and is set to embark on a new adventure with the Gunners.
During his time at Stamford Bridge, the former Stade Rennais man picked up four Premier League titles, four FA Cups, the Champions League, the Europa League and a whole host of other honours.
The 33-year-old is still regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the Barclays Premier League and his addition to the squad at the Emirates Stadium is sure to confirm Arsene Wenger’s side as a genuine title challenger next season.
2004 was the last time the Gunners were crowned champions of England and Cech would become an instant hero in North London if he was able to play a key role in ending that long wait.
Some of his new teammates including Mesut Ozil and Theo Walcott, who scored his first goal for Arsenal against Cech in the 2007 League Cup final, have welcomed the keeper to the club with messages on social media.
