Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly on the verge of completing his second deal of the summer after France Football claim a fee has been agreed between Tottenham Hotspur and AS Monaco for highly-rated forward Anthony Martial.

According to the report €25 million will be enough to land the France U21 star, who was impressive against Arsenal in the Champions League first knockout round first-leg tie at the Emirates Stadium back in February.
It was that performance among many others that has convinced Pochettino to splash the cash on the 19-year-old, who has drawn comparisons with Gunners legend Thierry Henry.
Martial, who signed from Ligue 1 rivals Lyon in 2013, finished the season as Monaco’s joint top-scorer in the league with nine goals and displaced former Spurs striker Dimitar Berbatov in the starting XI towards the end of the campaign.
If reports are true, then Martial will add much needed depth to the striking options at White Hart Lane and raises question marks over the futures of Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor.
