The West London side paid £23.3m for the Colombian in January, sending Mohamed Salah to Fiorentina on a loan deal as part of the switch, but only made four Premier League starts this term and didn’t impress.
Talks between the Premier League title holders and representatives of the 27 year old are already underway and a move back to Serie A seems likely.
Both AS Roma and Inter Milan are said to be keen, which isn’t surprising given just how effective the wide-man proven during his time in the Italian top tier.
Cuadrado had been in superb form in his final 18 months at Fiorentina, netting 21 goals in 66 appearances over the last two campaigns, and then impressed at the 2014 World Cup finals which helped the player secure his move to Chelsea.
