Manchester United have reportedly opened talks with Bundesliga giants Wolfsburg over the possible summer transfer of one of their best players.

The Red Devils are seemingly keen to strengthen at left-back this summer and are keen to wrap up a deal for Swiss international defender Ricardo Rodriguez in that position.
The 22-year-old has had another superb season in the German top flight, scoring an incredible ten goals from the back, along with four assists, to make him look one of the best young prospects in the world in that position.
Although United already have the likes of Luke Shaw, Daley Blind and Ashley Young to play in that part of the pitch, it seems Louis van Gaal may be keen to bring in more of a specialist for the role.
According to the Metro, the Premier League giants are now looking favourites to sign Rodriguez, who has a release clause of just £24.2m in his contract.
