The Italian midfielder is looking set to quit Juve at the end of this season, with the Champions League final against Barcelona perhaps looking like being his last game for the club.
The 36-year-old has enjoyed a highly distinguished career for club and country, winning the Champions League twice during his time with previous club AC Milan, as well as four consecutive Serie A titles with current side Juventus.
