The Reds are the latest top club to show an interest in the world class Chilean international, who has long been a top performer in Serie A, and has helped guide his club to the final of the Champions League this season.
Vidal could certainly fit in well at Anfield, with Brendan Rodgers’ side clearly in need of new signings in the defensive midfield department as Steven Gerrard prepares to leave the club for a summer move to MLS giants LA Galaxy.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 27-year-old is now one of Liverpool’s main targets for the summer, and he could be available as Juve supposedly target the signing of AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan as a replacement in that position.
Vidal has eight goals and four assists in all competitions this season, and won his fourth Serie A title with the Turin giants.
