The Italian international has been quoted as saying he would like to bow out at Juve with a win in the Champions League final, with his side edging Real Madrid 2-1 in the first leg of their semi-final against the Spanish giants.

Long regarded as one of the finest playmakers in the world and a great of his generation, Pirlo may still have one more big move left in him, with Premier League clubs now showing a surprise interest in the 35-year-old.

Liverpool are already bidding farewell to one veteran midfielder this summer as Steven Gerrard prepares to leave Anfield for a move to LA Galaxy, and it may be that Pirlo will be targeted to replace him, according to reports from the Independent.
