The 23-year-old is attracting plenty of interest ahead of the summer transfer window, with Arsenal and Liverpool among those believed to be most interested in snapping the Frenchman up after this outstanding season in Ligue 1.
Lacazette has 30 goals in 37 games so far this term, establishing himself as one of the most promising young forwards in the game, with Chelsea now hoping to join the running for his signature, according to The Sun.
The Blues already have Diego Costa as their first choice, but may be unconvinced by their backup options at the moment, with Remy proving injury prone and unreliable since he joined the club from Queens Park Rangers, while Didier Drogba perhaps looks too old to play at this level now.
