Atletico Madrid star Koke has been the subject of a £21.7m bid from an unnamed Premier League club ahead of this summer’s transfer window, likely to be either Chelsea or Manchester United.

The Spanish international playmaker, 23, has been one of the best midfielders in La Liga this season, contributing two goals and nine assists from the middle of the park for Diego Simeone’s side, and attracting transfer interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe in the process.
Manchester City are also mentioned by the Metro as possible contenders to sign Koke this summer, with reports in Spain now suggesting an offer has come in for the player.
It remains to be seen which Premier League side has made the bid, but it could be that the exciting young Spaniard will now be heading to England at the end of this season, with Atletico showing in recent times that they have struggled to keep their best players, with the likes of Diego Costa and Filipe Luis moving to Stamford Bridge last summer.
