Chelsea were heading for a stalemate in their quest to claim the Premier League title when face rivals Queens Park Rangers, but a last minute error by goalkeeper Rob Green handed the league leaders all three points.

The home side had battled hard as they look to fight for survival and were heading for a credible draw, but Chris Ramsey was left in agony at the final whistle. Coincidently, this is the third goalkeeping error in succession which has handed Chelsea all three points following similar mistakes from the likes of Asmir Begovic of Stoke City and Alan McGregor of Hull City.
