Former Manchester United and England star David Beckham has revealed that he keeps his son Brooklyn down to earth by making him earn his own pocket money.

Speaking on the Late, Late Show with James Corden, the multi-millionaire explained that his kid works in a French coffee shop in London. This job allows the 16-year-old to buy clothes, sports kit, and other things that he wants.
In the same interview Beckham told a funny anecdote of how he was forced to go with Brooklyn on his first ever date by his wife Victoria. The ex-Spice Girls member was worried about her then 14-years-old child.
Since retiring from football the 39-year-old has become a celebrity personality, and has also got more involved in the fashion scene. Most recently there has been talk of Beckham trying to secure his own MLS franchise based in Miami.
