Manchester United and Manchester City are set to embark on a cross city tug-of-war this summer for the £15m signature of PSV Eindhoven forward Memphis Depay this summer, accruing to The Sun.

United have held a long time interest in the Dutchman ever since Louis Van Gaal took over at the club as the pair worked together at last year’s World Cup.
However, City have recently declared their own interest in the player, and send a three man delegation to watch him score his 17th goal of the season against rivals Feyenoord.
City are in need for fresh attacking options, and believe the 21-year-old fits the bill perfectly.
PSV are aware of his value, though, and are hoping to pick up around £15m for his services.
