The Spurs forward has been in great form this season, and is the highest English scorer in European football with 26 goals in 42 matches. National team manager Roy Hodgson claimed five months ago that it was likely the 21-year-old was going to be in his next squad, and with the striker continuing to impress this seems to be coming true.
Meanwhile Young has been improving greatly under Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford, and could get a sensational recall. This is surprising considering the 29-year-old was widely criticised by many fans just 12 months ago for his diving and poor player.
