Arsenal summer signing David Ospina has revealed that it’s unlikely, given competition for places, that he and Wojciech Szczesny can be friends according to reports on the Metro website.

The 26 year old Colombian has impressed since replacing his Polish team-mate, conceding just four goals in six Premier League fixtures, and if he continues in that vein one wonders what the future holds for Szczesny.
When asked if he and Szczesny could be friends Ospia responded;
‘Good question’.
‘Unfortunately for us goalkeepers, that’s just the way it is. At the end of the day each of us is fighting to get that one spot.
Ospina was signed from Nice last summer after he impressed at the World Cup finals and is likely to get the nod ahead of Wednesday night’s Champions League clash with AS Monaco.
