Manchester City became the ninth team to accumulate 1,000 Premier League points when they smashed Stoke City 4-1 at the Britannia Stadium last week.
The 2013-14 champions still have a long way to go before they can even think about eclipsing Manchester United’s Prem points tally, which currently stands at 1,863.
However, City will surely climb up this list over the next few years, as long as the guy signing the cheques sticks around!
