The 29 year old Spanish international moved to Turin on a free transfer deal back in July 2013 and scored 18 goals in his debut campaign but has been less successful this season.
The lanky striker has as a result recently seen youngster Alvaro Morata ease ahead of him in the Juventus pecking order, with Carlos Tevez a first team regular, and as such the former Athletic Bilbao man may now be considering his options.
Given that Llorente has scored just five goals in 26 fixtures in all competitions this term, and taking into account Arsenal’s resplendent options in the final third, one has to wonder as to why Arsene Wenger would hold an interest in the Juventus man.
The likes of Alexis Sanchez and Olivier Giroud are both in superb form of late and Wenger can call upon Danny Welbeck and Theo Walcott, among others, to help provide a further cutting edge up front and as such have no need for Llorente.
