The Spanish international, a former target for big clubs such as Arsenal and Chelsea, has not been at his best this season, scoring only five goals despite regular first-team action for Massimiliano Allegri’s side.
Llorente previously shone in La Liga with Athletic Bilbao, putting him on the radar of some of Europe’s top clubs, but now looks a risky target for Tottenham if they do pursue him.
Mauricio Pochettino is known to be looking for new additions upfront after poor form from Emmanuel Adebayor and Roberto Soldado this season.
