1 – Hugo Lloris – 6
Looked out of sorts and should have done better with Lazar Markovic’s goal, but can’t be blamed for Steven Gerrard’s penalty.
2 – Kyle Walker – 5
A quiet day for the full-back as Liverpool attacked down the opposite flank for much of the game, but didn’t have an attacking influence.
15 – Eric Dier – 5
Looked very nervy and was lucky not to give away a second penalty with a dangerous tackle on Daniel Sturridge.
5 – Jan Vertonghen – 5
Wasn’t his assured self, giving the ball away to Markovic for Liverpool’s first goal. Shaky whenever the home side got in the box.
3 – Danny Rose – 4
Gave away the penalty which saw Gerrard scored and had a terrible day all round. Dominated by 19-year-old Jordan Ibe who had the freedom of the right wing.
