While Greek side Levadiakos have confirmed Pulido is already signed, Tigres disagrees.
Tigres announced today that they have won their case with the respective governing bodies and thus denied Pulido the right to leave the Mexican club.

“Tigres today notifies their fans about the court resolution, regarding the transfer requested by our player Alan Pulido Izaguirre.”
The court decided to reject the transfer, stating that ‘there is not a risk of irreparable damage to the player, because such damage, if exists, is caused by the player himself who decided not to re-join Tigres’.
Pulido previously requested that the court confirm he is a free agent and able to register with a new team.
The dispute between the club and the player will continue as the rejection of Pulido’s request doesn’t alter the fact that the player is refusing to play for the Monterrey-based side.
