Deal looks set to be completed this weekend according to reports.
Chelsea will confirm the arrival of Juan Cuadrado in the coming days after Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella revealed the Colombian will sign for the Blues, reports the Guardian.

The player must still pass a medical and gain international clearance before he can be confirmed by the West London side, but a fee has been agreed between the two clubs and to all intents and purposes he is a Chelsea player.
Fiorentina manager Vincenzo Montella confirmed a deal had been agreed in a press conference on Friday afternoon.
“I want to be honest: it [the sale of Cuadrado] was something that had to be done. As a coach I’m sorry because technically he is such a good player but the club has made the right decision,” he said.
“Could we have kept Cuadrado until the summer? Yes, possibly but he always gave everything for the club and he would have done again if he had played tomorrow. He is an ultimate professional and I am happy for him because he is joining a big club.
“We have to show that Cuadrado is not the only reason we are where we are.”
The report also states that a £23.3 million deal has been agreed for the Colombian and he has bid farewell to his teammates.
Chelsea seem to have managed to capture their man for less than expected but with add-ons it could reach the £26.8m threshold that was Cuadrado’s release clause.
Mohamed Salah, meanwhile, will move to the Serie A side on loan with Chelsea still footing the bill for his wages.
And Andre Schurrle will also be on the way out and is set to undergo a medical this weekend at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg ahead of a proposed £22.5m deal.
It is debatable whether Cuadrado is an automatic improvement on Schurrle, but it does highlight the continuing conveyor belt of top European talent both in and out of Stamford Bridge.
