Chelsea have been linked with an exciting double raid on Jose Mourinho’s old club Real Madrid for two of their best players, according to recent reports.

The Blues are targeting more big names after a superb summer in the transfer market that saw them bring in the likes of Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa to enhance their chances of winning the Premier League title.
Chelsea have also brought in a number of the best players in the world during the Roman Abramovich era, and now look to be targeting two more signings that could prove superb additions to the current squad at Stamford Bridge.
