Liverpool are reportedly considering a move to sign Austrlian international goalkeeper Mathew Ryan from Belgian side Bruges, according to the Daily Mirror.

The Reds are desperate to bring in competition for current number one Simon Mignolet, who has been displayed disappointing form this season and whose starting place in the side is already under threat.
Ryan has impressed in the Belgian top flight and also starred for his national side in all three of their matches at last summer’s World Cup finals, suggesting that he could be ready to compete at the highest level.
It is thought that the 22-year-old would only initially be brought in to provide competition for Mignolet.
