However, reports are suggesting that the deal is now off after several members of staff and their families had received threats over his proposed arrival.

The owner of the League One club had said on Wednesday that a deal for the 26-year-old striker was “80% likely”.
Evans himself is apparently due to make a statement later on Thursday afternoon.
