Hammers boss Sam Allardyce has confirmed that the New Zealand international is on his way out and the East London side may consider offers for the 26 year old as an alternative to his likely free transfer exit in the summer.
Reid’s contract expires in the summer and is keen to move on and his form over the past 18 months is such that he is sure to be the subject of interest from sides that can offer him a first taste of Champions League action.
West Ham have been in fine form this term and Allardyce knows that losing Reid in January could have a negative effect in that regard and has set his sights on Watford defender Gabriele Angella and Marseille’s Nicolas N’Koulou as potential replacements.
