Arsene Wenger fears that Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey could miss the entire Christmas schedule and may not be fit until 2015 at the earliest.
The Gunners boss revealed the devastating news at his weekly press conference where he also said that key English duo Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott as well as defender Nacho Monreal could all be missing for the key clash at Liverpool this weekend.
Ramsey may possibly be back before the year’s end, but Wenger worries the midfielder will not be seen again in an Arsenal shirt until January at the earliest.
Wenger on Ramsey: “I am scared he will miss the Christmas period. He should be back end of December, beginning of January.”

Wenger also gave an update of the current injury situation heading into their crucial match at Anfield this on Sunday. Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott and Monreal were all known to be doubtful and the Frenchman says it will be a last minute decision whether they can play on Sunday.
At Colney. Wenger: “Monreal final decision tomorrow, Ox has not practiced, Walcott, we make a decision tomorrow. Koscielny is still out.” — James Olley (@JamesOlley) December 19, 2014
The 65-year-old will be hoping the trio can somehow gain enough fitness before the weekend with his side devastatingly short of numbers in defence and midfield as injuries hit them hard once again.
