Welbeck Man United: Louis van Gaal reveals Danny Welbeck wouldn’t get into Man United starting XI.
The ex-United man picked up an injury while on international duty with England during the week, and will now have a late fitness test ahead of the crunch match against his former club.

Welbeck has been in excellent form for England recently, scoring freely for his national side. His form for the Gunners has been solid as well, although goals have been more difficult to come by.
The news will come as a blow for Wenger, although it will be slightly softened by the fact that Olivier Giroud has returned from a long term injury.
Ideally the manager may not have wished to rush the French forward back into action too quickly, but if Welbeck is unable to start then his hand may be forced.
The 23-year-old will also be devastated, as he would no doubt have wanted to prove United boss Louis van Gaal that he was wrong to offload him in the summer.
