Roy Hodgson’s attempts at team-building have taken the form of compulsory huddles, but he will have his work cut out with Jack Wilshere, who wanted to listen to his iPod in the warm-up.

Gary Neville was forced to confiscate it, and presumably Wilshere went to collect it from Mr Neville’s office after the game.
