Scandinavian tot opts for Ajax over Premier League move.
Young Norwegian prospect Martin Odegaard has apparently agreed a deal in principle with Dutch giants Ajax and has shunned moves to Manchester United and Liverpool in the process, according to the Metro.

The Norwegian, who made his competitive international debut earlier this month at the age of just 15, has been tracked by the Premier League duo, along with a host of other top European clubs.
However, it seems that the Premier League giants have been bested by Eredivisie side Ajax, though he is not yet able to sign a contract with the club until he turns 16 in December.
Odegaard will travel to Amsterdam soon after he accepted an invitation to visit the club’s training complex and meat his future teammates and coaches.
Ajax coach Frank De Boer this week stated his desire to secure the youngster’s services.
“If he should choose, he should choose Ajax. Here at Ajax, a player like him will get the chance. If he chooses somewhere else, like England, he will not get many opportunities. With us he will have a chance in the first team,” he said.
“In Madrid they don’t wait for a boy like him. There he might be sent on loan and it will take a long time before he eventually gets a chance. If I were him I would choose Ajax because of the good academy and he can take the next step from here. Maybe he is ready for bigger tasks already like 20 to 21 years old.”
