Bernabeu boss Carlo Ancelotti left Bale on the bench for Real Madrid’s 5-0 win over Levante on the weekend after the Welshman suffered a gluteal muscle injury against Cyprus according to Sky Sports.
The 25 year old has continued his fine run of form this term following an excellent debut campaign in the Spanish capital, scoring five goals and providing four assists in nine starts in La Liga and Champions League clashes in 2014/15.
