Mutual respect between Liverpool heroes.
Liverpool recorded their first Champions League win since 2009 on Tuesday night as second-half goals from Mario Balotelli and Steven Gerrard secured a fortunate 2-1 victory over Ludogorets.

Gerrard secured the three points in stoppage time with a nerveless spot kick after Ludogorets goalkeeper Milan Borjan had clumsily felled Javi Manquillo.
Following the final whistle, Balotelli and Gerrard posed for a picture in the dressing room.
Balotelli uploaded the photo to Instagram, along with the message: “@stevengerrard ! Yes ! Good start guys! Thanks supporters! YOU WERE AMAZING!”
