Yedlin attracting widespread European interest.
Check in to Netherlands vs Argentina
Liverpool have to move in quickly if they wish to land one of their top right-back targets in USA’s DeAndre Yedlin.
The 21-year old versatile right-back has attracted interest from the likes of AS Roma, Napoli and Anderlecht, reports Sky Sports.
The USA international has been tracked for quite a while by the Reds, who want to have him on trial at Anfield before confirming his signing.
Yedlin is known to be one with immense potential, and can play in either full-back role as well as a winger.
He already has seven national team caps for his country and currently plays for MLS side Seattle Sounders.
Liverpool are desperate to add more cover for their ace full-backs in Glen Johnson, Jon Flanagan and the injury hit Jose Enrique this summer, and Yedlin is one among many options for boss Brendan Rodgers.
Rodgers still has quite a bit of time to assess all his options though and might not want to rush the signing of an unproven player in Europe, despite interest looming from other clubs.
